The Westchester Land Trust is thrilled to host the local chapter of the Bionutrient Food Association at our Sugar Hill Farm headquarters. The BFA’s commitment to nurturing healthy soils is a perfect complement to our mission to permanently preserve and protect lands that safeguard the vital natural resources in our community. BFA participants are—without question—some of the warmest, most respectful, community-minded folk ever to cross our threshold and we are so thankful for the positive energy you bring to our headquarters.
In 2016, a total of 8 BFA meetings were held at Sugar Hill Farm. We’d like to continue this tradition in 2017, but we need your support. BFA meetings have always been free and open to all but that doesn’t mean there aren’t expenses. Increased foot traffic, utility usage and general wear and tear add to our overhead. As partners in this important work, we respectfully ask you to consider making a contribution to WLT to help defray these costs.
Your donation—of any size—will be gratefully received and make a big difference.
